I want to know whether google look doorway page as sapm. If not, what about others, Lycos, altavista, looksmart etc.? I want to create a doorpage for my website, but I am afraid search engines would look them as spam and punish my website. Who would like to tell me about that!

I would think that blatant doorway pages would be asking for trouble. If it is obvious that you are trying to get multiple listings on page 1 for keyword searches, this can be asking for trouble.
