I've reviewed inbound links from a site with a good pagerank and all of these inbound links are from different pages in this same site. However Google does not list all of the pages even though I've checked the source code of the other pages in the site and they all have the exact same relative links but are not included? I don't get what’s up here.

Also I'd like to know if using absolute links inside your site back to your own home page qualify as an inbound link?

1.Google only shows half of the inbound links to a page these days. Interior pages usually have less PR and so are not included unless they are atleast PR4.

2.Yes they should, again if the linking page is atleast PR4

The key is to distribute PR throughout your site as evenly as possible: Try using the site search facility here on WebmasterWorld for such terms as 'PR' and 'Page rank' - there are many threads discussing this very subject.
