PR rating and inbound links

How high does the PR have to be to show inbound links?

Hi folks,

I'm sure there must be a thread on this but i couldn't find it.

Although I know my site has a lot of inbound links from quality referers (4 from DMOZ for example) they don't show up when I do a link:www..etc in Google.

Does a site need a certain PR for this feature to work?

PR4 is the magic number for google backlinks. However, it may take an update or two for google actually reconcile the linkage.
