When Does Update Settle?

When can I rely on PR to be settled?

I have a few new sites and most are PR0 except for 1 with PR1. They are all in www by now. I am hearing these PR values may change once the dance is over and things have settled? When can I expect things to have settled. When will I know for sure what PR google has assigned my pages for Sep.?

Here in Southern California, the dance has pretty much settled down, and PR in the toolbar has been consistent for the past couple days. Other users around the globe have said they are still seeing the dance happening.

So A couple more days, or even a week, and PR should be completely settled down for this month.
