google showing half of inbound links

how to see the other half?

how can I see all the pages that link to my site?
also, does google only show inbound links from sites with at least pr4?

1st question - try Alltheweb - they usually show more inbound links - at least, last time I checked.

previously I thought it was inbound PR 3+ links - could be PR 4+ now, though, because Google doesn't want to make it easy for us :)
