A URL which is submitted nowhere but only in the ink PFI (no incoming links - only ink submission) - Is it likely to be included in Google? If yes, how much time it may take to show up?

Google doesn't spider Inktomi results. (Since Ink is an engine...) Google DOES spider directory results though, so a listing in someplace like Yahoo or ODP will get you a Google listing.
Since incoming links play such a strong part in the Google SERPs, you'd be doing yourself well to work on building incoming links anyway.
