124 Links

Is this too many?

Every year we advertise in a trade publication for manufacturers. This year they have added something new to the publication. On the internet we will have 124 links from 124 categories on 1 domain name into our site.

i.e.

link 1 - www.123.com/scissors: embroidery
link 2 - www.123.com/scissors: surgical
link 3 - www.123.com/sharpeners: scissors
link 4 - www.123.com/scissors: left handed

All the links will point to our home page. After thinking about this I started to get a bit nervous. Will Google view this as spamming?

You should be fine Janie. Google knows what it is - even if it's a hand check, that would pass fine. It's when you get into half a dozen domains with the same whois and no inbound links where something would get red flagged on a web link map.
