is a link from a PR0 bad or indifferent?

i think this is a straight forward question... is a link from a PR0 page bad for my PR? or is google indifferent to them.

Google is indifferent. If they penalized, then we all would be linking our competitors to PR0 sites! :) Not me of course, but other people ;)

Don't link back to them and you should be fine. Should be. Just make sure if you've done link exchanges in the past that the domains you are linking to haven't been bought up by Ultimate Search or turned into a link farm page....
