I have several sites that require mirror entrances for a specific referrer. Does anyone know if google will penalize a site for redirecting a specific non-se referrer from your front page to a mirror?

I don't see how they would know unless you were subject to human review.
If you do get a human review, then the question (in terms of the language they've used) seems to be "does this look like a 'deceptive' redirect"?
