Google, Co-branding and Templates

Any harm in having your template on another domain?

I want to make sure that there are no unintended PR consequences from entering into a co-branding agreement with another site.

I'm working on a deal in which I will post jobs for another site. When a visitor to my site uses the job search form, which is located on my host, they will be taken to the results page, which is hosted on the job search site. Because the job search site will be using my navigation template, other than the domain change in the location bar, the results page will look as if the visitor has not left my site. (It's almost the same system as Atomz.com, if you use them for your search results.)

I don't think this will present any Google issues, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?

hi,

to my knowledge googlebot doesn't handle forms, only hyperlinks, so it won't find your result page.

There are also some direct links on the page that contains the form (e.g., search jobs by category or location). Those links also take you to the templated page on the other site.
