PR4 on noindex page

I have some pages that I have 'noindex,follow' on them. In GG, they still show up as PR4.

If I have noindex on them, how come they still have a PR value?

I have many other pages that have PR3 and PR5 on.

It could be an estimated PR. Are the pages actually indexed?
