My PR decreased from a 5 to 4. However, the number of incoming links to my site is greater than it was when my site first got ranked a 5. I received a 5 when I had 48 incoming links. Last month I had 70. Now, Google says I have 62. Could the fact that Google saw a decrease in incoming links (from 70 to 62) mean a decrease in PR EVEN IF the number of links incoming is greater than what originally gave me the PR=5?

Maybe Google sees a decrease in incoming links as a bad thing and will penalize. Any ideas?

If I where you I would wait a few days.. PR is still very unstable at the moment.

Hope it works out :)

Well...the VERY strange thing (that I have never seen before) is that my site is listed in the new update ONLY by domain. If you do a search for my site, no title or description is included...only www.mydomain.com as if it were the title. Of course no one is going to click through to a link like that with no description. Plus, my PR is now 4. I have already seen a reduction in traffic by 50%.

I dont know what to do. This PR thing is wierd. Plus I have no idea why my sites title and description have been eliminated.

I belive this can happen when you search and query a certain Google data center. The site may be listed but the description may not have been flushed through the entire system. It is very hard to make assumptions until the update is fully over.
