Page Rank Algorithm and Linking Diagrams

I'm fairly new to the boards here, but have been using search engine strategies for a long while now.
Basically, in a nutshell, I need to know where I may find some good diagrams that discuss linking strategies and/or good examples either here on WebmasterWorld or otherwise.
I know about this type of analysis and how it works:
PR(A) = (1-d) + d (PR(T1)/C(T1) + ... + PR(Tn)/C(Tn))...

...but some good, well-documented diagrams of how web pages are set up from experts for my team would be ideal.
