checking back over my links and why they dont show up for me....i find that the vast majority are cached from june 1 or 2...which means they never got updated in the last dance....when would you expect them to be updated?....and is there a precedent as to how long a cache for a site can sit without an update?

June 1 was after the late may crawl which is used for the june update. The june crawl should be used for the july update. It's aways 30-60 days behind for the net wide crawl. Even then, some older pages will go through from update to update with older cached pages showing. Seems to point to pr as an issue for crawl/update frequency of a page. eg: go chase links...

I wouldn't worry about it soapystar. Apart from 'fresh' listings, the current index should have pages from May 24 to June 23.

The June 23 update included your page from June 10, so the next update should have your page from some day between June 23 and the update.

Judging from Brett's Google Update History [webmasterworld.com], I guess the next update will be quite soon.
