Affected by this censoring mechanism are German, Swiss and French citizen. People from Austria (.at) can still access these pages. I don't think Google should censor SERPs. At the very least they should make clear that and what they are filtering. I despise racists but I would like free speech to remain free.

don't missunderstand me, of course you can make up your own mind, I didn't said beat all nazis, I said "...I'm not unhappy ..." and it is my very own opinion. I'm not against free speach, this is a precious thing and one reason why hate information don't have that impact on people anymore.
I grow up in a *ism system (but I'm born after the WW II) and I'm German and maybe I'm a bit more sensitive for stuff like that especially after my entire family had to pay a high price as a result of both *ism systems. The German law has my support to stop some like that from the beginning.
Try to walk 1 mile in my shoes, when I was a kid people (government) told me my Grandpa was a bad man because he was living west of me and even if he was against and fighting the nazi government between 1933 - 1945, in the same nation, the same country but still divided because of huge historical mistakes and cruel things as a result of misinformation, manipulation and missing free speach. My grandpa died 1975 and I never had any chance to meet him, only a few postcards and letters are left. This is only one story, there are millions of other stories in Germany ... and even hundred's of millions more stories like that worldwide and the most of them are related to *ism stuff and still worldwide getting people shot because they only try to cross a borderline to live in freedom.
I don't think that Google's decision has anything to do with trying to stop nazism but to get conform with German law before they get in trouble with it. I think this is prevention and not healing and only an internal Google issue. This sites are still present, everybody can reach them only they are not listed in some Google listings.
I'm sorry if this post is a bit political and less Google related and I promise to be better and leave politics out of webmasterworld in the future, I'm only a human being with my own history like everybody :-)
