I am wondering whether the PR0 penalty would carry over to the new server if I were to tranfer all my PR0 domains to the new server (with new IPs for each domain). I would be altering the content of each site, starting from scratch so as to avoid whatever may have caused the PR0 penalty.
Any advice/insight would be most appreciated!
The reason I wanted to transfer the domains to my new server was because the PR0 sites aren't receiving any traffic due to the penalty at Google........it was my hope that by transferring them to the new server with new IPs, etc., the penalty would somehow dissolve.
I've been confused regarding what to do with these PR0 domains, as there is no point in paying for them if they aren't bringing in any traffic/income.......I was thinking about selling the domains, but would feel guilty about not informing the new owner about the penalty.

Well, if you're a moral person I would tell the buyer because penalties stick to a domain for quite some time.
If the domains are "so so" I would just let them go and get on with building a new set of sites that don't break any rules and are nice and fluffy.
another point in case why Googles PR is terrbile..the penalty stays with a domain no matter who owns it..
shame on you google..
Your new servers idea is worth the try IMO..what? your suppose to sit back and just "take it"
