Hello, I have heard that out-bound links lower the pagerank of a site. (Links to other sites) Is this true? And if it is, if you made a script that like: www.yourdomain.com/outbound.php?sitename

where site name is the site you are sending the hit to, would this help?

Nope, it does not lower the page rank of your site. However, you do control how much page rank you give to other sites by how many links you put on a page. Any algorithm that penalized a site for linking out to other legitimate, good resources would be a terrible algorithm.
