There has been much discussion about this in the past. What are your thoughts and experiences today? Does Google still take a dim view of this? Have they done anything to penalize sites using the "poor mans cloak"?

Why would they need to penalize it? Googlebot just goes through the frame and indexes the framed pages. Domains used for cheap redirects just get ignored as content-free, unless they have massive numbers of incoming links.

I know what you mean by its use as a 'trick', feeder, but I would describe the domain parking style 100% frames as a problem to be avoided.
