Great link slide68, that's just what I've been looking for! There are some errors in the table, though - Google New Zealand supports only searching by language (English) and not by country, so it should be colored with green but not blue.

Ooops, my mistake - that table breaks the Googles down by whether they appear in a separate country domain or just as a language interface, it doesn't cover the selection options (pages in France vv pages in French).
