following are some methods to raise ranking , if each action need the same work, which way is best?

1. 3 links inside 1 domain.
2. 2 links between 2 domain, but same ip.
3. 1 links between 2 ip.

or, this should be :
1. 10 links - 1 domain
2. 9 links - 2 domian but 1 ip
3. 8 links - 2 ip

or.....

or any other equalled number?
