Google PR Went from 5-6 to Not Ranked

Need Help Understanding What May have Happened

I would appreciate any help in trying to figure out what has happened to my google listings. My page rank has dropped from 5-6 depending on the specific page to now all pages on my site ... saying Page Not Ranked.

I have 26 inbound links (including dmoz) showing when I do the "backward links"

I have 300+ sites that contain my url

I went from having a 5th place rank on the general phrase "limos" and many number 1's on individual city pages ... to having all of my listings removed.

The only two possibilities that I can come up with are:

1. My site "may" have been down due to my hosting company moving data centers, at the exact time google visited. Not likely, got an email saying it happened on July 9th, though I never even noticed it was down, AND had typical traffic on that day.

2. I run an automatic popunder window off of the individual pages (including the home page) to another site

If someone can help me understand why this may have happened, and MORE importantly what I need to do to get my listings back I would REALLY appreciate it.

Thanks

I would say your problem is that your site was down I've had it happen where I got a grey bar because of downtime and then I was in again in the next update.

I wouldn't think the pop-under will have any effect in terms of Google. But it probably annoys your visitors :)

Hope you manage to get back in next month a PR6 is good for that many inbound links.

You might also try searching for 'crosslinking', 'bad neighbourhood' and 'link farm' using the site search at the top of this page.

I'm saying this due to the links at the bottom of your pages.
