I've heard you talking about having your site crawled for the next update. I don't see any visits to my website from Googlebot. Could it be that my site hasn't been crawled yet?
Thanks

the crawl is still going on so there is hope that the bot could still visit your site

Well, it should-my site is in with a PR4. I'm using a free statistic counter and I was thinking maybe it missed it(googlebot) or sth.
Thanks.

Googlebot is actually back on my site for a second go. Original crawl started on the 28th and finished up on the 1st. Now the bot has started crawling again, not that I'm complaining :), this morning and is still pulling pages. Not sure if this is because I'm using the revist aftr meta or not.

Googlebot has been to my site for the past 7 days straight and still hasn't left. The site is enormous, though, and it's only 2 months old.

I don't get this. What should this look like? What's Googlebot's URL?
I'm using ytrack if this helps.

dan,
If that's a javascript based counter/stats thingy then its unlikely it would detect googlebot (which just goes for the html).

I see. It is a javascript based counter. Thanks, this must be it.
