Is a Form Post Search Box A Recognizable Link To The Google Bot?

wanting to cut down outbound links on a new page

Hello Everyone,

Working on a new site, trying to cut down as many outbound links as possible. I have an search box installed that searches another site using:

<FORM METHOD=POST ACTION="http://www.thiswebsite.com">

Now this url is not visible on the webpage while viewing it through a browser on the web. Will the google bot count this as a "link" my guess is no. What is your guess?

Unknown. I've had the bot vist form targets before, but I don't know if that is because of a leaked referral, or they read it out of the post action value.
