Not quite sure how to explain this, but I've just noticed that when I search for a specific new page on one of my sites, I get a serp which lists a menu page of that same site, but with the text from one of the pages it links to (the page I was searching for with the keywords I used), even though this text is nowhere on the menu page itself! Is this some new Google thing? A bug? Is it reported anywhere already? The page I was searching for hasn't actually been added to G's index yet (though obviously it has already crawled the page in question)
I can pass you exact words to test it if you like.
