Time Tables

Does anyone know if there is a site
created that, based on historical data, shows time tables
for updates based on various events occurring such
as intensive spidering, fluctuating PR and backlinks
etc...? This might give us a true insight into the
time table and sequence of events G is now using
for changing major Serp results and lead to a reduction
in outright speculation.
