and another more specified question, how do 3** codes suppoted?

i want tell clients about "object moved"
for users: i need them to read html, click on link(meta refresh, auto redirect)
for crawlers: i'd redirect them directly

but many SEs said, don't make page which differ for crawler and users, it will be considered as cheating.
