Re-submitting sites to Google when they have dropped.

Hi, I have a number of clients whose sites have previously been submitted to Google but have since dropped from sight. However they are still in the index and because of this, Google does not seem to want to re-index them. Is there a way around this?

Concentrate on maintaining and increasing good incoming links. Also add fresh quality content as often as possible.
