My homepage has always been www.google.com, today, when I go to google.com, I am redirected to a regional google (where I am from ). Is anyone else seeing this?

This happened in the UK about a month ago... There is a link to get you to the main Google if you really want to, though the non-country-specific search seems to give identical results. DerekH
