I just saw that number on the Google Homepage at the very bottom.

Very Impressed! I can imagine how much higher it will be in just a few months. That Google Bot sure does keep his count!

I observed that pages on PR-5 or above are re-indexing on weekly basis as compare to pages on lower PR.

Is this right observation?
