Google's new policy regarding only 1 advertiser per URL address

Could this have something to do with big changes?

My main site has 6 different urls that I promote. All of these urls were at the top but all fell drastically (after update)apart from one url.
The only thing that made this page different to the others was that it has only one affiliate link on it whilst the others have 2 or 3. I also just read this today from one of my aff partners:

Google's new policy [webmasterworld.com] regarding only 1 advertiser per URL address. You no longer have to identify yourselves as affiliates.

That has to do with AdWords ads. Not relevant to the number of affiliate links on an HTML page....
