My website's index page is no where to be found in Google. Internal pages are indexed with url only. Thus indicating an incomplete crawl. I have been speculating that my website was the victim of hijacking discussed in other threads. But I also wonder if the dynamic/template-driven nature of my website could be the cause of my problems. All of the pages use the same template, and each page uses javascript to form various aspects of the template.
I have read that googlebot could get lost in java, thereby causing incomplete indexing. All of my problems started about 9 months ago when I expanded my website from 10 pages to nearly 100. Has anyone else experienced template-related problems w.r.t. Google indexing?
