Make Google your Homepage

When will we be asked to? It seems like a change going begging.

So many sites ask "Make 'This Site' your homepage."

Remembering that the general surfing crowd out there are not up there with us...

How many people have their browser set as homepage something (maybe msn or yahoo) and don't know how to change it... but as soon as they log on, go to google anyway.

Why doesn't Goolge offer a button to make google their homepage?

I see this option on my box. For arcane browser and SEO reasons, google.ie is my homepage, even though I live in the US. Seems easy enough to me.
