un-banning?

Is my domain banned? Are there ways to un-ban?

I have the chance to experience a controlled spam-technique to promote a site so I put the same link into each page of >500 domains, which makes more than 3000 pages/incomming links in all areas.

I have to mention that I did this after 3 months I launched the site as a result to the fact that google did not cache other than my first page and the rate did not rise at all. In the next two months my incomming links grew to around 700 on yahoo, but on google I'm on the same place.
This makes me wonder if the domains is baned and how to find out if it is.
Also, supposing that it is, how to un-ban a site?

I dont think there is any real way to tell if a site has been penalised by Google. The best thing you can do is contact google to ask for a re-inclusion request.
