One site, 4 domain. how this will effect the ranking?

Hello,

I am working on new site, which will work in 4 languages (Russian, English, French...).
I buy 4 domains, (.ru/.com/.fr..) that i want to use them. i want every domain will point to other language (com=English, fr=French...)

Every domain wills only use as pointer and all the sites will host in one domain, which will be the primary domain.
For example, .com will be the main domain,
so when you will enter to MyDomain.fr you will point to MyDomain.Com/Fr/ and Mydomain.ru to MyDomain.Com/ru/

How Google and other search engines will effect from that?
I mean Google give me rank also by the links to every site.. If i using 4 domains, my rank will "share".. Instead that i will have 4 "points" to Mydomain.com i will have point to every domain..
If i using pointing, like i explain, how much this will effect?

To get a good rank in the Google is very important to me...
