Googlebot a bit slowing on finding new sites?

I recently did a small link campaign for 3 of my new sites. So far 2 of them are completely indexed, one of them does not show up under site: or www.domain.com while the other two are perfectly fine, granted the sandbox.

I also put up a link on one of my current sites (PR4 link page) and the site hasn't even been visited by googlebot in over two weeks. Ask Jeeves beat it to hitting robots.txt

What is the deal? How could it be that one of my sites with over 100 links hasn't been added after having these links for over two weeks and googlebot hasn't visited a new link to another site in over two weeks as well?

Are they concentrating all their efforts on this pseudo-update or is something really broken, it isn't making sense at all...

P.S. The other two sites that were indexed fine are showing backlinks as well via the link: command. Googlebot is acting very strange. Hitting my current sites hard, new one, not at all.
