Google spanking affiliates with QKserve.net in url?

has google done a major index to punish affilates with CJ.com urls on them?

I'm a new poster so please accept my apologies if I violate local rules.

I'm seeing distinct ranking changes for pages that have Commission Junction affiliate links that use their qkserve.net utility. Is anyone else seeing this?
