Site Command not working?

site:domain doesn't work?

I have a site that I know is (was) indexed in Google. When I do a site: command, it displays no pages found.

But when I search for a specific phrase from one of my pages, the full URL to a deep page comes up. So why isn't this displayed when I do a site:domain.com?

Anyone else having this problem? Is the index doing something strange, or is this site about to get dropped? Traffic seems normal...
