Sometimes PR 7 sometimes PR1 same day

Does this mean I will eventually be PR1

Hello,

When I checked my site this morning it was PR7

When I checked at 11:00 AM it was PR1!

At 1:PM it was PR7 again.

Same thing happened yesterday.

I made changes and added one outbound link on the Dec.9

It previously had none. I noticed that Google re-cashed the page on Dec.10

Could this mean only one database has been updated and I have been downgraded to PR1 which will eventually show opn all servers.

This was the first change I had made in over one year.
