When a Site Only Ranks in "Quotes"

My Page ranks steadily on page 12 for a competitive search term - eg...

Nice Blue Widgets

What really annoys me though, is all of these search commands rank me as #1:

intext:"Nice Blue Widgets"
allintext:Nice Blue Widgets
inanchor:"Nice Blue Widgets"
inanchor:Nice Blue Widgets
"Nice Blue Widgets"

As soon as I remove the ""'s or the 'all' I sink right back down. Am I doing something obvious wrong?
