Slow to list new catalog

I've sent two catalogs and two email messages to the Google Catalogs team in the past 3 months. Thus far I've not seen our catalog listed and not had a reply from the email sent. Our catalog meets their criteria for listing.

Has anyone else had a slow response getting a catalog listed?

We’re in a similar boat. We've had old catalogs listed that have outdated products & prices. I've sent them new catalogs & e-mailed them countless times without response. Even our Adwords rep had no knowledge/contacts within their catalog department.

It's probably a low priority item for them right now, (which I can understand) though I would like to see our latest catalogs be listed vs. ones from 2-3 years ago. I’d probably even be satisfied with a response to one of our e-mails just saying they are too busy to make a change.
