Relevancy of Tracking URLs

Hey guys,

I'm new to WebmasterWorld and was hoping to get some help. As of now I am tracking URLs by including a "?" followed by some parameters so I can decide what advertisements are actually giving me traffic. But I was wondering if Google lowers the relevancy of these links to my site since they look dynamic? In other words, should I remove the tracking in the URLs to boost my site?

Any suggestions?
