Do you think my site is in the Sandbox?

Hello,
I have a site, which I work on since three months. I have read a lot about the Sandbox and I guess my site is "suffering" from the same thing, but I would like to hear some opinions.

The ranking of my site right now, for my main 2 words keywords is around #700(www.google.com) with English set as a language.

But when I open Google with language set to not so famous country codes like(es,fi and etc.) my site is ranked around #2-#4 for the same 2 words keywords.

At the MSN Beta Search, I rank #1 for all keywords.

By the way the keywords are pretty competitive.

It will be good if someone who has some sites in the Sandbox, try to do the same thing and post results about his rankings.

I dontīt think that this case has anything to do with sandbox.

I have a site about my city; the site is not sandboxed.
If I search for [mycity], itīs on the first page of google.com and all other google.com.tld; if I search for [mycountry], my site appears at #200 or so in both google.com and google.com.tld (tld for my country).
However, my logs show that many people, from diverse google.com.tld (tlds from several other countries) reach my site searching for [mycountry]; my logs are not specific enough to tell me where these people come from; however, the amount of hits I see suggest that my rankings are high on those google.tlds.
If I try go search at google.com.othercountry, I get the same results as google.com.mycountry; Google seems to use IPs to detect where you are searching from.

I noticed that most .tlds which show in my logs are from countries which send many tourists to my city (meaning: countries whose citizens search often for [mycity] or [mycountry])

Can anyone enlighten me on this?
