I have been adding good content to the site and have added meta tags. I am also in the process of emailing webmasters for link exchange as well. What are some of the next steps for boosting page rank? Or just increasing traffic? Is it just to optimize and to continue to improve on these three areas?

Write for your visitors, not for the search engines...
