Omitted from index after downtime

4 days downtime, now not being indexed

Due to technical difficulties, a PR7 site I run had to go offline for 4 days last month. The site used to get a daily comprehensive Googlebot visit and fresh daily cache updates.

Since the downtime (which included a change of IP), the site is nowhere to be seen in the results - even 4 weeks later. All my top SERPS positions have disappeared and Googlebot is only visiting occassionally, gobbling up only 1 or 2 pages per visit. Even a search for 'sitename.co.uk' only returns pages that link to the site, not the site itself!

What's going on? Any idea how long this will last for? Is this something to do with the sandbox people were talking about recently? Any help would be much appreciated.
