Tried contacting help@google.com. The said that something about partial indexing, but when I told them that most other pages in my site have titles and descriptions they said the don't give personal advice.
What is the best way to get this fixed? Assuming something is broken.

On the weight of the evidence here, I'm assuming it's Google's mess.
On the other hand I don't have a fix that elevates my two screwed-up sites back to the level of all my others..
