Hey Folks!

Quick question...

I changed my site from using subdomains to using a
directory structure about 5 months ago. (I have a large travel site and I thought I might have gotten in trouble with G for interlinking the sub-domains.)

Since the move to the directory structure, I've received page rank 5 throughoutand tons of links.

However, I'm still not getting the traffic I think I should be. I've got about 500 pages of good quality content and I'm only getting 2500 visitors per month. I'm wondering what the issue might be?

When I do the inurl:wwwmysite.com search, the old subdomains are returned.I wonder if this could be part of the problem? Any ideas on how to flush
them out?

Thanks!

Dont' worry about them, they're not doing any harm and will be flushed out from google shortly.

PR is no gurantee for good traffic. Identify the best keywords(most searched and most relavent) and optimize your site(all the required no. of pages) accordingly and the traffic will come.
