Flash Detection Kit and Cloaking

Setting up a flash navigation for SEO

I am trying to implement a Flash Navigation but provide a non flash navigation with css if for any reason the user noes not have or want to use flash. Typically this could be considered as cloaking so this is what I am concerned about.

The best working example is www.macromedia.com which has a pagerank of 10. Is there any issues or consideration that I should be aware of from anybodies practical experience in regard to using there flash detection kit: [macromedia.com...]
