I have multiple blogs. Does anyone know whether the same cross-linking rules apply to blogs as they do to websites? The blogs are on similar topics and it would be of value to link each to each other...but I don't want them to fall out of the SERPS.

As far I have been able to tell, the same rules apply. I have over 10 blogs and the same techniques seem to work under blogs.
