Difference between PR4 and PR5

This past weekend I updated 2 of my websites. I updated by PR4 site early Saturday morning the 23rd and my PR5 site the afternoon of the 24th.

Just for fun, I've been checking Google to see when the Google cache of each reflects these changes.

My PR5 site was updated within 24 hours. However, I am still waiting on my PR4 site to be updated in Google's cache.

I'm not looking for any answers here, it's just interesting to observe. Any other thoughts as to why my PR4 site is taking so much longer for Google to notice the changes?
