Website missing from Google results

My website used to show up in top 5 when using certain keywords on google.

Since last 2 days my home page link is not there and I found that another link [xyz.com...] is being shown which ultimately takes me to my website.

This link takes me to a landing page and when you click on the link of my website it again opens up same link [xyz.com...] and this time it is being redirected to my site.

Do you guys have any idea why is this happening and how ca i avoid this happening again.

Sounds like you should report this site to Google because it is probably breaking various rules. Is there cache available on Google to indicate to you what Googlebot sees when it goes to that site? It is probably considerably different from what you see when you go to it.
